Bras, Tops (including Bodysuits), Thigh Savers (including Leakproof), Shapewear (including Leakproof), and Pads can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
You may remove tags/packaging to wash and wear these items to ensure the correct fit. However, this does not apply to NOOD products.
NOOD items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they are brand new and in their original packaging.

We understand that underwear is tricky business.
Within 30 days of delivery, you may exchange for another size, style or store credit. We’re unable to provide refunds on underwear. If you ordered multiple pairs of underwear, we kindly ask that you open, wash, and wear one pair only.

Clothing (Leggings, Sweats, T-Shirts, Socks and Sleepwear) and Swim items are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery and with tags and original sanitary strip (swim bottoms and pieces) attached.

We can help with returns or exchanges for purchases made in store as long as the purchase was made with a credit card. Debit purchases need to be returned or exchanged in the same retail location.

If you return products for a refund, the points from purchasing those products will be deducted from your total. It may also affect the VIP tier you’re in (i.e. if your purchase put you into the Champion tier but you return $100 worth of product and your annual spend is now $150, you will move down to the Super Fan Tier)

Period Swimwear USA covers the return shipping fees for exchanges and refunds initiated through our Return & Exchange Portal. Exchange orders initiated through our Return & Exchange portal are also eligible for free shipping within the USA. Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.
